Return Eligibility

Returns may be issued under the following circumstances:

  2. Incorrect Service Delivery: If the service provided did not meet the agreed-upon specifications or requirements.

Return Process

Our team will review your request and respond within 10 business days. Approved returns will be processed using the original payment method within 15 business days.

Exclusions

Amendments and Revisions
